At Lalagi Community

The Lalagi community sensitization held in Lalagi Community in Patigi Local Government Area, Kwara State, Nigeria. The community is a Nupe speaking community of rice and beans farmers.

A girl child in the Lalagi community is often found at home while others go to school and the boy child leaves school at mid-day to the farm as the people believe that farming is a viable business than education.

Present at the sensitization were community head, religious leaders, the youth representatives, the mothers in the communities, the men, the school representatives and the children.
